Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• ARISE! TRUSTFALL is open to youths aged between 13 and 30.
• Participants under the age of 21 must fill in their registration form along with signed parent/guardian consent form and full cash/cheque payment. Cheques should be addressed to Hope Centre (S).

Entry

• Closing date is 24th November, Saturday or when the entry has reached maximum capacity, whichever is earlier.
• The Organiser reserves the right to close registration earlier should participation reaches our capacity before the closing date. Register early to avoid disappointment.
• Paper forms must be accompanied by full cash/cheque payment and be submitted to Hope Centre (Singapore) at 410A Joo Chiat Rd. Cheques should be addressed to Hope Centre (S).
• The Organiser will not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details and reserve the right to reject any entries.
• Goodies bags will be given based on while stock last.
• All registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of absence on event day or the cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, as shall be conclusively determined by the Organiser.

Inclement Weather

• In the event of inclement weather, the Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the trustfall event.
• Should the inclement weather persist after delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event without any refund.

Additional Rules

• Once the registration form has been duly processed, there will be no refund or entry fees for those who, for whatever reasons, eventually do not participate.
• The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
• The Organiser reserves the right to make additions, changes, or clarifications to these rules without prior notice to the participants. The Organiser will endeavour to advise participants of any rule changes prior to the event, but any such change shall be considered binding upon all participants regardless whether they have received notice of the changes prior to the event.
• The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose, including commercial advertising.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant whose conduct on the event day is deemed inappropriate.
• All rules are subject to interpretation by the Organiser.
• All decisions of the Organiser are final and binding.

Violation of any of the rules indicated herein and/or announced during the event day may result in disqualification of the participant from other future events.
